Black Women Get Us Higher
Launching LA’s first Black women-owned dispensary was bigger than a storefront alone. To incite lasting change, we had to spark a movement for the Crenshaw community to rally behind. Despite this hyper-localized tactic, our campaign grabbed the nation's attention.

To generate hype on socials, we partnered with Elwood to create a limited-edition letterman jacket that could become a cultural token for Gorilla Rx. We sent our limited jackets to LA-based celebrities and influencers who have strong ties to the Crenshaw neighborhood.
